TheThe Las Vegas Rotary Club is proud to announce our Annual Golf Tournament, scheduled for Monday, May 23rd, 2011 at Red Rock Country Club Mountain Course. This event will be equally fun and competitive for all skill levels of golfers. We will be featuring a scramble format with individual contests on many holes! The evening will include Raffle Prizes, and a Silent Auction. We hope that you and your company will choose to join our efforts as a sponsor of this fun and exciting charity fundraising event.
All proceeds from the Las Vegas Rotary Annual Golf Tournament will benefit our community through the Las Vegas Rotary Foundation. This is our only major fund raising event of the year. The monies raised through your sponsorship will assist in supporting Operation Care Giver, which helps provide caregiver kits to front line troops in Afghanistan, Service for Humanity Foundation funding Supplemental Education and Non-Medical Treatment Options not offered by traditional providers for "Life Trauma" and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder ('PTSD') concerns and Guide On, providing support and opportunities for children of fallen service members. Las Vegas Rotary is also involved in the Wetzel Awards, a quarterly program designed to recognize our enlisted military personnel; Sole Power Award, a shoes for youth program with a year round need, and many other community service efforts including; Santa Clothes, Salvation Army Food Drive and Opportunity Village, Magical Forest.
There are many benefits associated with recognition of your sponsorship. Our sponsorship levels are listed on the attached pages. Additionally, if you are unable to attend but would still like your organization recognized for this event we are also seeking "Silent Auction Items" and there are advertising opportunities available from $500 (contact the Chair for additional information). Each level has its own unique features for advertising and recognition. Your Rotary representative will be able to assist you with these differences. A letter acknowledging your contribution for tax purposes will be sent to you following the event.
